Order and shipping
Open your order from your customer account or the link in your order confirmation email. Track your shipment status through the tracking link provided once it has been dispatched.
Returns, exchanges, and product issues
Contact us with your order number, product name, and a brief description of your request. If there is damage or a product issue, you can attach photos showing the condition to your email.
Bicycle and part selection
The surface you will ride on, your height, and budget are the starting points for choosing a bicycle. Share the bike model and the code of the existing part for part compatibility.
Maintenance and service
Write the bicycle's brand-model, the required service, and your preferred date on the service form. Confirm the visit date and service details by discussing with the team.
